My pap smear result says "reactive changes due to inflammation". what does it means?

Generally: The purpose of a pap smear is to find precancerous cells so the problem can be remedied. This is not precancerous. If your chlamydia test and gonnerea tests were negative, you have no pain or discharge, it the pathologists way if saying "there could be an infection, we're not sure" it doesn't mean there is one and most often not. Generally it's an incidental finding.
