Not effective...: D-mannose, a type of sugar, has become a popular alternative treatment for preventing and treating urinary tract infections. Unfortunately, nearly all the evidence on the effectiveness of d-mannose is anecdotal, without clinical studies to back it up. It probably won't hurt to give it; just make sure to give her the antibiotics.

What infection? BV-gardnerella initially. then, began lot of clear watery discharge, sensitive to ACV, garlic, monolaurin, interface, d-mannose, can cause UTI, minor vaginal bleeding when stop or reduce the remedy. no BV, STD, myco/urea now?
I had a very bad reaction to last antibiotic for UTI. Trying d-mannose instead this time. How much should I take a day to rid? 12hrs, no relief yet.
