Not really . . .: Bleeding when you have a bowel movement suggests hemorrhoid, localized tear or even diverticulosis among many possible causes. Go see your family doc regarding this. More importantly, go see your obstetrician for a complete evaluation to determine the cause of your 3 prior miscarriages. Perhaps you have a clotting disorder. Perhaps your Progesterone is too low. Regardless don't wait to go see doc.
