Natural xanax (alprazolam)?: No. Chamomille herb tea can soothe some, but not strong as xanax (alprazolam) can be. Xanax (alprazolam) treats the symptom of anxiety-panic and not treat the cause of the problem. Good docs never treats symptomatically and hurt you by letting the disease worsens gradually with time as the cause is not dealt with, while causing you to be addicted to xanax (alprazolam). Good doc can temporarily use xanax (alprazolam) and add an anti-anxiety-depress.

Not really: There are botanical medicines which can help relax you, but xanax (alprazolam) is an extremely potent benzodiazepine that is synthesized in a lab. Although botanicals such as kava and passion flower can help with mild to moderate anxiety, their effects are not as strong or as targeted as those of xanax (alprazolam). There are also not as good research studies of the botanicals as there are for xanax (alprazolam).

Xanax (alprazolam): Valerian, kava, passion flower, all are natural anxiety remedies. None is potent like xanax, (alprazolam) which has no natural version.
