Possibly: Without knowing anything about your medical history, it is impossible to speculate. But in general, mixing alcohol and a benzodiazepine certainly lowers the seizure threshold. So a seizure in your case may have been caused by this mixture. Seizures need to be properly evaluated by a doctor. Please be sure you have done so.

Xanax/alcohol: Possible, depending on how much u used, your tolerance & whether u r susceptible (history or family history of seizures).
