Birth of child: A normal regular cycle, a normal pap smear, normal ultrasound are all good indicators but not absolute.

Imaging: Typically, a pelvic ultrasound can evaluate the uterus and ovaries but a hysterosalpingogram evaluates the fallopian tubes. In our practice, we have equipment, however, that allows us to evaluate the tubes and uterine cavity during the pelvic ultrasound.
