Not horrible but it: It is not normal. Need to check for any secondary reasons for bone loss like hypothyroid dx, smoking, steroid use, etc. Check vit. D level & make sure good calcium intake along with vit d intake as well as with good nutrition & weight bearing exercise to build bone mass at any age!
