Remove callus.: Try using utterbalm under occlusion to soften callus, warm water soaks followed by pumice stone will help remove callus. Be sure to wear supportive shoes with arch supports. If problem continues then see a podiatrist to help diagnose and treat the problem.

Plantar wart: It should be seen by a podiatrist but if it has only been there three weeks it sounds like a plantar wart.
