Could be...........: It could be something called geographic tongue, especially if they are not sore or uncomfortable in any way. If it is that, it is benign and nothing to worry about. However, without seeing you personally, there is no way to know and it could be many other conditions. Do not apply anything to your tongue without being advised by a dentist and regardless see your dentist for an accurate diagnosis.

It is possible: Canker sores are the most common oral recurrent lesions. Individual ulcers typically last 1-2 weeks. The condition is idiopathic (cause is not known) recurrent aphthous ulcers is usually self-limiting. If concerned see your dentist after 10 days.
