Usually no : I assume you had ekectrocautery of the eye lashes. This should in no way cause your symptoms.

Possibly: If the electrocautery caused eyelid or eye surface irritation, it could cause these symptoms. Try artificial tears frequently and if no improvement, see an eye doctor.
