I was wondering what are the other diseases related to eyelid muscles besides ptosis that cause difference in eye size?

Difference in size: An apparent difference in size of the eyes can be due to a droopy lid or retraction of the eye on the small size; or due to protrusion of the globe on the other. See an orbital disease specialist for evaluation of this. Most university ophthalmology departments have such a specialist.
