See your surgeon: There can be several reasons for a rash following knee surgery. Typically this is due to skin irritation, often from the surgical dressing. Best to have your surgeon check it and allow them to assess the severity and treatment recommendations.

Rash: Do you mean from a year ago ? Because dec 20 this year hasn't happened yet. If it is a year ago you need to see your surgeon or a dermatologist.
