Go to the ER!: The fever of 101.2 is not dangerous, and tylenol (acetaminophen) should help if the dose is right. The tylenol (acetaminophen) will not cause seizures. I am concerned because she is lethargic--that is not a good sign even if her fever is not high. If she were playful, you could watch and wait, but not if she looks lethargic and sick. You can sponge with cool water also.
