Baby-Making 101: Here's what you do: day#1: period starts. Day#14 is ovulation day. Have sex on days 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 scheduled. He must wear boxers and be well hydrated. He must only ejaculate into you on prescribed sex days (no masturbating inbetween) to increase volume and count. Sperm will live 48h inside you, so optimize your delivery of sperm in your fertile week. Relax and have fun so your body can ovulate.
