Time will tell: It's a bit early to start worrying about infertility after 5m. Some would not consider a full evaluation needed for you & your partner until 1-2yrs have passed. The fact that you were successful the first time decreases the chance there is a problem. Try to simplify life & remove stressful pursuits that might put your system off a bit & followup with your doc if the problem persists.

Relax: Make sure you are in good health when trying to get pregnant. One should take pre-natal vitamins, eat healthy and exercise regularly. No smoking and drinking. See your physician if needed to get a complete check up but most importantly Relax, Relax, and enjoy your current family. Good luck and God bless.

Tinnitus: Probably pulsatile tinnitus - common in pregnancy due to high loos flow. If distressing contact your OB for management. Usually self limiting and stops soon after delivery.
