Fertility Specialist: Ultimately you should see a specialist. First i would want to figure out if there is a reason for that problem. Maybe perhaps endometriosis. If you are really not able to have sex at that time then getting pregnant while not impossible is difficult. So inseminations might be a reasonable solution.
