Good luck: There is really no way you can predetermine the sex of your baby, short of in-vitro insertion of a preselected embryo. (fertility center stuff) Timing, special positions, special herbal teas, etc all have a mythical following. However, the sex is determined by which sperm gets there first, not the day you hook up.There are balanced number of potential male/female sperm per session.
