Boil: While possible, it would be better to give it warm compresses and to see your doctor. There will be bacteria in the boil and a culture should be done. You could have MRSA which is a bacteria resistant to many antibiotics. Your doctor will incise and drain the boil, culture the material and put you on an antibiotic.
