Folliculitis: Folliculitis is a hair follicle infection most commonly caused by nicking yourself while shaving and then having the short hairs grow into the skin becoming infected. There are lymph node collection stations under the arm that can lead quickly into the venous channels.(blood) use a depilatory, wash the underarms with an antibacterial soap, and see a md if a large boil develops.
