Abscess: Abscesses can become bothersome if they are not incised then drained. However, if you have had them in the past, you should be more alert to what they feel like and how they progress. Use warm compresses on them and if they don't expel on their own, see a dermatologist and use a topical antibiotic.

No: But make sure your doctor knows about this. There are several different problems this could be so make sure you have a diagnosis. You possibly will have problems breast feeding.
