A member asked:

Is sushi ok for nursing baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably: Just be careful not to eat too much because fish such as tuna can contain mercury. Don't exceed 1 serving of tuna per week while nursing. Other fish which may have mercury include swordfish and salmon.
