Eat what's right...: Many people feel this way when starting. I have always felt not being hungry works best, so consume more low calorie fruits and vegetables with every meal. This will push out the higher calorie "fast foods". If you're really struggling and want a simplistic way of doing this, consider a meal replacement program. There are many online choices and they do work as they restrict calories!
