Probably Hemorrhoids: The need to defecate all the time is worrisome. Bright red blood streaking on the tissue from a sore bottom is not so alarming. I would think internal and external hemorrhoids are likely causing this. Inflamed internal hemorrhoids with some rectal prolapse could be causing the need to go. Other things can be present. Best to get checked out!
