See a urologist: This may be a lymph node, a cyst, a tumor, an area of inflammation in the testis, the epididymus or elsewhere. Go get this looked at by a professional. Good luck.

See MD: Testicular swelling may have many causes. I do not know why you feel it is a lymph node. It could just as easily be a veinous outgrowth called a varicocele, or anything. Let the professionals sort it out, see an md. Good luck!
