Methamphetamine: For most who use it, meth is detectable by urine testing for 3-5 days. Some resources state a maximum of 10 days. It can be detected in hair for much much longer -- like 90 days. Best to not put it in your system at all, since it's a highly addictive and dangerous substance.

2 hrs up to 72 hrs: The exact time that it takes your body to metabolize the drug depends on multiple issues such as: amount ingested; frequency of use; tolerance levels - heavy meth addicts have the longest detection time on drug tests; individual genetic metabolism rates; body mass; age; health; method of use -injected it goes straight into your bloodstream; smoked takes longer time to enter/ exit your bloodstream.

Not long: However, the more important question might be, do you have an addiction problem? If you do, please seek help for same asap rather than worrying about how to get a clean drug test. Life is too short to live it in the haze of addiction.
