Assuming things here: I assume you are referring to vaginal moisture with sexual excitement? Many things can contribute to this. In a 22 year old, this is usually not a problem. Medications? Stress? Relational problems? Inadequate foreplay and desire? Depression? Anxiety? Drugs? Alcohol? Don't like the dude/dudess? Apprehension? Painful? Can use any number of lubricants! if in doubt, get it checked out.
