Speak with your OB: There are effective approaches such as relaxation exercises, meditation, cognitive behavioral therapy and medication. Please speak with your ob, who can put your medical and emotional situation in context. If there are emotional issues that are significant, you may consider a mental health evaluation, which can be very helpful. Hope this answer helps.

Sleep MEds: Most meds are pregnancy category c and are not really proven safe for humans while pregnant, cbti or cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia would be safest or self hypnosis sleep apps can be useful too.
