See your doctor: You have symptoms which could be serious and should see your physician. He/she will listen to you, do a physical examinarion, run some tests, and let you know what's going on.

This year: There are several new norovirus strains going around, as well as a nasty inluenza virus (although your gi) symptoms speak against influenza. See you doc soon (today), drink plenty of fluids, and don't forget to eat in small amounts. If you can't keep any food or fluids in, go to the er.
