Side Effects?: You said you were diagnosed with generalized anxiety but did not specify if you were treated with medication. Since the panic attacks are gone, i'll venture to guess medication was used. Some anxiety medications, (especially valium, ativan, klonopin, xanax, (alprazolam) etc.) can cause problems with equilibrium.
