Anxiety: Anxiety is mostly caused by misperceiving situations or interactions. Take inventory of your recent dealings with people and situations. It is possible that something is troubling you that you have not allowed in your awareness. Confide in someone close to you to see if you uncover the origin of your distress. Consult with your doctor to rule out any medical issues. Best wishes.
