Balanced diet: Foods that improve the breast milk supply include whole grains like oatmeal , salmon and sardines protein rich foods like milk and yogurt, eggs, beef , nuts , legumes ,and leafy vegetables , fruits, dry fruits like apricots and dates . Fenugreek also helps . All these foods provide the necesary nutrients, including vitamins and minerals . Adequate water intake and sleep are also important.
