Not really: Since it's been there for a while and if it really hasn't changed size, then it probably is not much to worry about. I think you should have it evaluated and measured every so often by a physician so someone is charting it yearly. That way you would have some way of following if it is growing.

Lymph node behind right ear has been swollen almost 3 years. Not painful to touch, no redness, and has no grown in size since that time. Part of it feels squishy, but part of it feels hard, the part that rests on jaw. Should I be concerned for cancer?
