Unfortunately yes: It is possible to get chlamydial infections of the throat, and these can sometimes even spread to surrounding areas like the nose and eye. If concerned, tell your doctor and get a throat swab.

Yes: Chlamydia can cause pharngeal/ throat infection when spread via oral sex. This is not a common method of transmission.
