Maybe a cavity: This may be the beginning of a cavity. The dark spot could be enamel which has begun to break down and soften. You should see your dentist as soon as possible to rule out any type of decay process. It could also just be staining on your teeth. However, only a dentist can distinguish between the two. Get an appointment soon!
