Pains that are not normal: right upper belly pain, abdominal pain with fever, diarrhea, vomiting, or pain that is severe.

Sometimes: Yes- you can have some normal abdominal pain due to stretching of ligaments. I would be worried if the pain however becomes severe- especially in either the upper right side or the lower right side of your abdomen. This kind of pain could be related to gallbladder or appendix problems or ovarian cysts- all of which are possible during pregnancy.
