Higher dose: Tylenol arthritis is simply a higher dose (650 mg) of acetaminophen, the active ingredient in tylenol. Regular tylenol typically has 325 mg and the extra strength tylenol has 500 mg.

tylenol (acetaminophen): Just increased milligrams of Acetaminophen with tylenol (acetaminophen) arthritis (650) compared to regular tylenol (acetaminophen) (500).
