No: Contact lens solution has strong chemicals to kill germs. These harsh chemicals are not good for your eyes. Instead use artificial tears which were designed to treat dry eyes.

Yes but: Thses solutions are made to buffer the cl and are not toxic, but they are not formulated to negate dry eyes. This condition can vary as to cause and how to be treated effectively and appropriately. It is frequently multifactorial.

Contact solution: Contact lens solution is made for contact lenses and not for dry eye. It is therefore not optimal to treat dry eye with this solution. Try using artificial tears, ointment at night, warm compresses, and fish oil supplements. If no improvement, see an eye doctor.
