Yes, no "D": According to lactmed, a great resource for breastfeeding mothers, Claritin (loratadine) is compatible with breastfeeding. We need to consider the effects of the medication on you, the baby and your milk supply, so make sure the kind you get has no pseudoephedrine, which can decrease your milk supply (it's usually claritin-d"). Pregnancy risk for medications is not the same a breastfeeding risk.
