Absolutely: If they have teeth and a source of sugar -- liquid or solid, then they can get decay. There is a particularly devastating condition called "milk bottle caries" which comes from the baby constantly sucking on a bottle with milk in it. Most often when child is put to bed with this bollte, and sucks all night long. Better to use water. Any sugary liquid can do this. Be aware of these things.

Yes: It is possible for anyone with teeth to get cavities. It all depends on the diet, the bacteria they have been exposed to from parents or care givers.

Yes: It is possible for babies to get what is called baby bottle syndrome. All the teeth can get cavities from putting the baby to sleep with milk or any juice that has sugar in it. A bottle during sleep should contain nothing but water.
