Several things: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

Analgesics: Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Ibuprofen help with body aches (myalgias), but incompletely effective. If <48hrs, dr. Might give tamiflu. Try a warm bath, vaporizer, lots of fluids, throat lozenges. Influenza is a miserable illness. If you haven't been vaccinated, i'd advise you to get it. There are 3 strains of influenza-so, you could theroretically get influenza 2 more times this season. Ugh!
