DEHYDRATION: Yes, The flu can cause MYALGIAS/headache/vertigo. Usually secondary to dehydration. Push fluids 54-80 oz/dy. Zinc 10mg. VITD 5gm. If symptoms persist ore worsen seek prompt evaluation.
