Aerobics. No starch: Sounds like you need to lose body fat. Often the first place for noticeable loss is around your face. You need to figure out what heart rate your body needs to be at to burn fat. A well trained fitness specialist can do this for you. Maintain that heart rate for at least 45 minutes 4 times a week and combine that with a diet that is extremely low in flour (like a gluten free diet). Six weeks!
