Multiple Procedures: It is usually a good idea to discuss additional procedures. Sometime one procedure will change the way another is performed, or the order of procedures may be important. Ranking the procedures by priority can be very helpful. The down side is that it means processing a lot more information. Talking about too much at once can be overwhelming, so give yourself time to digest it all.

Yes but it depends: Your safety is the utmost important issue in any surgery. In my practice, i limit surgery duration to 6 hours under general anesthesia. Statistically , complication increase after that length of time. Another issue is positioning, it is not recommended to operate on the front and back of the body at the same time. So, the answer is yes with the above consideratins.
