Will getting a rhinoplasty help for someone with a "weak chin"?

Treat the chin: Although a rhinoplasty will improve the profile, a weak chin will still appear weak. As a matter of fact, the weak chin may make the nose always seem more prominent on profile, even after nasal surgery. Chin augmentation with an implant or by remodelling the bone of the chin is often combined with rhinoplasty to improve the profile.

It depends: Nose surgery (rhinoplasty) and chin implants are often combined at the same time. A rhinoplasty by itself may improve the facial harmony, but combining it with a chin implant may be even more effective.

Perhaps: A large nose can accentuate a weak chin, and similarly a weak chin will draw attention to a large nose. These structures should be balanced and be appropriate for the whole face. However, if the nose is relatively normal in size, chin augmentation may be a better option for a weak chin.

Possibly: Making the nose smaller and putting in a chin implant works the best to improve the proportions of a weak chin and large nose.
