what is a good diet for copd patients?

1 doctor answer
Dr. Richard Williams

Keep weight down: Any change in your eating habits that will keep your weight down would be beneficial. Obesity will ceratinly affect your breathing. Good exercise (with physician approval) and good eating habits can only help you and improve your outlook.
