Here they are.: No smoking, flu shot, pneumonia shot, breathing exercises, compliance with maintenance inhalers, prompt treatment for respiratory infections, avoidance of drugs that depress breathing, oxygen may be necessary, avoid beta blockers, monitor lung functio tests.

Not in any order: Keep out of pollution get flu shots get pneumonia vaccine reduce dust, particles in home if allergies, reduce by removing rugs, animals (as much s possibleat least bedroom) routine spirometry tests keep rescue inhaler on hand if using steroid rinse mouth after use avoid cold air if possible exercise.
