Yes: If they are causing pain or alignment concerns then they may need to be removed. Not all wisdom teeth need to be removed. In generals, the older you are, the more difficult the procedure so if it needs to be done do not delay.

You: See an oral surgeon. Get sedated, take out all 4 at once. Do it on a friday sou have the weekend to recover.
