Exercise: Instability of the patella or knee cap is best addressed with a dedicated exercise program that seeks to strengthen the quadriceps muscles on the front of the thigh. A patellar stabilizing brace may help as well. Would recommend a visit to a local physical therapist to help get going on your exercise program.
