3rd Fl Loose Knees: Do you wear any type of sleeves or braces for your loose knee caps (patella)? Your knees would most likely feel better and less pain with knee supports. These help decrease the chances of your patellae from tracking incorrectly. That in turn should help reduce (not 100% guarantee) further degenerative arthritis to your patellae. Some arthritis is prob on back side your patellae b/c of looseness.
