Serum quantiferon +: A serum assay (test) like the quantiferon gold plus should suffice if there is enough clinical suspicion and radiographic (e.g. Ct evidence of calcified granulomas in the gut).

No short answer: There is no home kit to test for intestinal tb. It is more often a lung disease. Also there are no consistant signs that suggest intestinal tb. It would be best for you to see an infectious disease physician.
